I had a problem with my beautiful bee, flower and butterfly solar light - it stioped working after a couple of weeks. Rachel very kindly explained how to check the battery and once that was checked and the product was still not working a replacement was sent. Quick, friendly, helpful service. Would happily purchase from them again.

Before making a large purchase I read reviews and shop around. Although these lights appeared slightly more expensive than other companies I was very impressed with their customer service and impressed with their efforts to appease unhappy customers so made the purchase and selected a large set of festoon lights. Firstly the lights have been very impressive and a great hit with friends, many of whom have made purchases. The lights are spread out across my large patio and have survived many storms. However, one of the sections has now developed a slight problem ( only alternate lights are working) I mentioned this to the company in passing while making another purchase (gift for relative) and was immediately told the procedure to obtain a free replacement section which have now arrived making my lights fully functioning and ready for the summer season. Great customer service. Keep it up!!

We bought 3 sets of outdoor battery fairy lights before Christmas. One of these failed after 3 weeks so I contacted lights4fun and spoke to Emma. The service I received was excellent and Emma immediately posted a replacement set out by express delivery which I received the next day. My husband and I always think the sign of a good company is how they deal with a problem when something goes wrong and in this case lights4fun showed their quality. The lights we got off them have been excellent and we will be buying some more of them next Christmas to add to our growing display outside. Would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a set of the 190 LED Twinkly Smart App Controlled Icicle Lights two weeks before Christmas. Imagine my disappointment when the lights did not work when I received them and my realisation that I was now not likely to get these before Christmas as I assumed Lights4Fun would want the broken set back before they sent me a new set. My disappointment was completely extinguished when I contacted Lights4Fun. My call was answered within a couple of rings, the employee apologised and offered to send a replacement set that day and furthermore offered to send a courier to collect my broken set within a couple of days. And all of this came to pass (as we say at this time of year !!). The new set arrived the following day and they worked perfectly and my broken set were collected a few days later by courier. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and effective service. This is customer service at its very best. Problems will happen, however we should judge companies by their resolution of problems not the problems themselves and Lights4Fun demonstrated they are one of the best. I have no hesitation in recommending Lights4Fun. Thanks for your exceptional customer service .... and a great set of lights !!

I wanted some robust outdoor Christmas lights with a standard UK plug to fit an outdoor socket and that had a weatherproof in-line transformer as I didn’t want to have to use an additional box to put the transformer in.These light fit the bill perfectly. Lights4fun also include a drawing of the lights which I used to confirm my requirements, no other site shared as much detail, impressed with the site, the level of detail about their products, speed of delivery and the quality of the cables and joints.I will definitely be extending the lights next year.Thank you.

I just had a small issue with some excellent fairy lights and transformers that I bought 5-months ago; I sent an email to lights4fun support and they sent a free replacement part, that arrived less than 12-hours after I sent the email! Now that's excellent customer service; thank you Alex for putting the smile back on my face!

I had an issue with the Shop app, which sent my order to my daughter, some 37 miles away. Lisa from Customer Service was so kind and helpful and refunded the cost of my order in total, which more than covers the inconvenience of having to collect my parcel. Exemplary customer service!!!

Fantastic customer service, there was an issue with an item in my order due to no fault of their own, and once I had provided a bit of information, they replaced it for me quickly and easily. I've had their lights for years and I'm very pleased with them.

Ordered reindeer and sleigh for garden and it’s absolutely beautiful. I am delighted with my purchase. Excellent quality and value for money.
